My name is Jack Cologne. The village butcher's shop of Hulsberg has been in the hands of the family for many years. In 1983, my wife Tonny and I took over the butcher's shop from my parents. I have always had a great love for the butcher's trade. My craftsmanship has been awarded several times over the years. Best butcher shop in the Netherlands 2009-2010 and winner of the Golden Butchers Ring are two examples of this.
Our Limburg meatballs are made from 100% pure pork with the 1-star Better Life quality mark. This is coarsely ground and mixed with a delicious spice blend and coarse onions. After forming the meatballs, they are cooked and packaged in pairs.
