Usage
Preparation: Preparation: remove the sirloin steak from the freezer 24 hours before preparation and place it in the refrigerator to defrost. Remove the sirloin steak from the refrigerator and packaging half an hour before use and allow it to come to room temperature, covered. Pat the sirloin dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with pepper if necessary. Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the entrecote at a high temperature for 2-3 minutes until brown on both sides. Then prepare the sirloin steak in the oven. Oven (180°C): place the seared sirloin on a rack in the center of a preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let the sirloin steak rest for 5 minutes on a lukewarm plate under a tea towel before cutting. Please note: heat the product thoroughly.
