Usage
Preparation: remove the tri tip from the freezer 24 hours before use and place it in the refrigerator to thaw. Remove the tri tip from the refrigerator and packaging 1 hour before use and allow it to come to room temperature, covered. Pat the tri tip dry with kitchen paper and, if necessary, sprinkle lightly with pepper just before preparation. Frying pan: heat (olive) oil and fry the tri tip for 5-8 minutes until brown on all sides. Then prepare the tri tip in the oven. Oven (180°C): Place the seared tri tip in an oven dish in the center of a preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let the tri tip rest for 15 minutes on a lukewarm plate under a tea towel before cutting. Tip: do not pierce the meat with a fork, this will retain the juices and flavor. Please note: heat the product thoroughly.
