Do not thaw in the packaging.
Preparation: How do you prepare the perfect Van Dobben bitterbal? Fry the bitterbal in vegetable frying oil at 175°C. Thawed: 3.5 minutes. Frozen: 5 minutes. We advise you to prepare a maximum of 10 bitterballs at the same time. Adjust the number of bitterballs according to the power and contents of your deep fryer. E.g. max. 10 bitterballen based on a 3-liter deep fryer. Do not exceed the recommended maximum frying time and temperature.

Ingredients: Water, flour (contains WHEAT), cooked beef 13%, pastry flour 10% (contains WHEAT), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), BUTTER fat, (contains MILK), salt, onion, beef gelatin, vegetable protein hydrolyzate (rapeseed , corn, SOYA), natural flavourings, sugar, vegetable protein isolate (SOYA), yeast extract, glucose syrup, yeast, maltodextrin, dextrose, beef stock <1%, vegetable fibers (bamboo, potato, inulin, lime, lemon), spices (among others < 1% bay leaf and <1% mace), stabilizer: E466, invert sugar syrup, herbs, vegetable protein (contains WHEAT), SOY beans, potato flakes, lemon juice concentrate, acid: lactic acid, carrot concentrate, turmeric extract. May contain traces of PEANUT.
