Per 400 g

    Put the rice in a pan with plenty of boiling water. Pre-washing is not necessary. Add salt to taste if necessary. Bring to the boil again and let the rice cook for 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat source and drain the rice. Let the rice stand for another 15 minutes with the lid on the pan. Turn over the rice before serving.

    Keep cool and dry.
