Mix of 3 grated Swiss cheeses for cheese fondue with 32% Appenzeller 48+, 32% mild cheese 45+, 31% Gruyère Réserve PDO* 48+ and 5% potato starch
Usage
Preparation: Add yourself: 200 ml white wine. Preparation: 1. Place the wine in a heavy-based pan or an ovenproof dish and bring to the boil while stirring. 2. Add the contents of the bag and bring back to the boil, stirring constantly. Let it boil briefly until the fondue has the desired thickness. Add pepper, Kirsch and/or lemon juice to taste. 3. Place the pan or bowl on a stove and let it simmer gently. Stir regularly. Tip: prepare the fondue for children with apple juice.
