Antonin Rodet Saint Veran

0.75 l

    Extra information

    Wine

Antonin Rodet has been a household name in Burgundy since 1875. Rodets wines are praised for their civilized, chic style and the clear representation of the unique characteristics of each region. At Rodet, a Saint-Veran is therefore clearly a Burgundy from the south of the region. It comes from the Maconnais and is made from Chardonnay grapes. It is a bit warmer here, so that the acids of the chardonnay are slightly softer and the wine appears rounder. This goes well with creamy dishes, for example with a creamy fish such as salmon or with pasta with cheese sauce. Don't serve it too cold, at 12 to 14 degrees Celsius, i.e. take it out of the fridge about 15 minutes before use.
