    Arm & Hammer has long been the baking soda brand of America.

    Usage

    Do not purchase if box has been opened or shows signs of tampering. For use in food. For best deodorization results, use a fresh, unopened box and change every 30 days.
    Preparation: Cookie recipe (approx. 50 cookies): 225 g flour, 150 g butter, 125 g fine granulated sugar, 100 g light brown caster sugar, 8 g vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 200 g chocolate . Preheat your oven to 180°C and line the baking tray with baking paper. Cut the butter into pieces, place in a mixing bowl and let it come to room temperature. Add all types of sugar and salt and mix until fluffy. Now add the egg and mix briefly. Add the flour and baking soda and knead everything together. Chop the chocolate into pieces and knead into the dough. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the baking tray with enough space in between. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until brown.
