Usage
Preparation: 1. Allow 75 grams of rice per person. 2. Without washing, place the rice in a pan with plenty of boiling water. 3. Bring the water to the boil again and let the rice simmer gently in a closed pan for 10 minutes. 4. Drain the rice. Let the rice sit with the lid on the pan for another 5 minutes. 5. Stir the rice before serving.
