From the Beemster comes real cheese. That’s cheese made with 100% fresh North Holland meadow milk. We make it in the Beemster polder, because that’s where our cheese dairy is. Throughout the entire chain, we work with care for people, animals, and the environment—from blade of grass to cheese, from farmer to cheesemaker. We stay true to traditions, such as stirring the curd by hand and letting the cheese mature naturally. In addition, our Beemster cheese is produced completely climate-neutral!
