Beemster Mildly Matured is a creamy, mild cheese with a refined flavour. Beemster cheese is made with 100% fresh North Holland meadow milk, produced locally in the Beemster polder. Beemster Mildly Matured has been aged a little longer than the youngest cheeses. This gives the cheese a fuller character and a slightly firm bite. These ready-sliced pieces are ideal for topping your sandwiches in the morning and filling the lunch boxes. And don’t forget yourself: add an extra slice of cucumber or tomato to your own sandwich for a bit of variety.
