Beemster Royaal 48+ slices

Beemster® Royaal Belegen is a cheese with a slightly nutty, mildly sweet flavour. This cheese matures for about 4 months on spruce wooden boards and develops its unique taste during that time. Beemster® cheese is made with 100% fresh North Holland meadow milk, produced locally in the Beemster polder. Beemster® Royaal melts very well. This makes the cheese not only delicious on a sandwich, but also perfect for making a toasted sandwich or even an oven dish. Unique in flavour and suitable for many uses.
Real cheese comes from Beemster. That is cheese made with 100% fresh North Holland meadow milk. We make it in the Beemster polder, in our cheese dairy.
