Giuseppe Cipriani was the creator of the Bellini cocktail. The cocktail became a hit in his Venetian Harry’s Bar. A Bellini is a simple yet world-famous cocktail made from pureed peach topped with Prosecco Spumante. The orange color of the cocktail reminded Cipriani of a painting by Giovanni Bellini.
