Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc

0.75 l

    Extra information

    Wine

When you think of New Zealand wine, you immediately end up with Sauvignon Blanc because that is the wine that has literally made New Zealand world famous. Although wineries like Brancott had of course never foreseen this huge success of Sauvignon Blanc, they saw very early on that Marlborough on the South Island was the ideal place for this grape. In 1975, when the company planted the first vines, there was hardly any viticulture there. By now everyone knows that Marlborough is one of the best terroirs for sauvignon. Brancott has not stopped at sauvignon, but also grows other grape varieties that feel at home in a cool climate.
