Hops, malt and sugar are carefully selected from local producers. We collect the water for the beer directly from the brewery's well and carefully cultivate our yeast ourselves. on sight: paix dieu is a cloudy beer and is distinguished by its golden yellow color under a creamy, rich and firm foam. on the nose: the beer releases its delicate, fruity and spicy aromas on the nose, a real pleasure for your sense of smell. on the palate: all the character is released in the mouth and develops into a long and refined bitter taste, supported by a hint of hops
