Cadis Soave

0.75 l

    Extra information

    Wine

This light, refreshing wine full of aromas of apple, citrus and almond is perfect for enjoying in the sun and pairing with light summer dishes. It consists of 1% garganega grapes that grow in and around Soave, a town not far from Lake Garda. The grapes come from dozens of farmers who own small vineyards. They sell their harvest to the Cantina di Soave, which makes this wine. The Cantina di Soave was founded as far back as 1898 and has a long, close relationship with the families that supply the grapes. Cadis Soave is therefore a wine for everyone and belongs entirely to the region. We also have a soft, full-bodied red wine from Cantina di Soave, the Valpolicella Ripasso.
