Because the method of roasting determines the color, smell and taste of the coffee. Of course, we don't just look at the beans, we also look at the farmers. They get a fair price. All our coffee from PLUS House Brand 100% Fairtrade. With the Max Havelaar quality mark and the Climate Neutral Guaranteed quality mark of the Climate Neutral Group. Plus Decaffeinated coffee is made from aromatic Arabica and powerful Robusta beans. Once the coffee beans are harvested, the naturally occurring caffeine is carefully removed. The beans are roasted briefly and at a high temperature, so that the coffee has a soft yet spicy taste.
