Particularly delicious on a cheese plate. Goes well with a hop-rich (bitter) beer, a toast of rye bread and crispy, slightly sour green vegetables or a salad. This cheese also shows its best side with citrus fruits and walnuts roasted in butter.
Usage
Store refrigerated (max. 7°C)
