1. Fill a pan with 100 ml of water per person and bring it to the boil. 2. Add a tablespoon of (olive) oil. 3. Remove from the heat source, add 75 grams of couscous per person and stir well. 4. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with a fork and add an extra tablespoon of (olive) oil if desired. * Made from durum durum wheat semolina * Source of proteins * Quick to prepare
