PreparationInstructions:
1) In a large bowl, combine 1 cup (150g) of DARI couscous with 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Add 1 cup (150g) of salted, boiled water. 2) Set aside for 3 min. Once the water has been fully absorbed stir with a fork to sperate and fluff up the grains.
3) Cover the bowl and microwave for 2 min. 4) Stir in a knob of butter

Droog en koel bewaren.
