The rich taste of Appelaere lies in the sophisticated combination of different apple varieties. Tiny pieces of pulp give the juice its cloudy structure. Allowing the fruit to ripen on the tree releases aromas and natural juice. After picking, the fruit is immediately pressed, which makes Appelaere unique. Pasteurization keeps the juice, in a closed bottle, out of the refrigerator for at least two years, while retaining all the goodness.
