REQUIREMENTS: • 1 pack of Dr.Oetker Brownies Choco. • 50g butter/margarine. • 100ml water. • Possibly. 100g Dr. Oetker Chocolate Chips. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: • Mixer with whisks. • Mixing bowl. PREPARATION TIME: Preparation: ±15 minutes. Baking time: 40 minutes. OVEN TEMPERATURE: Electric Oven: 180°C. Convection Oven: 160°C. Gas oven: Position 4. Electric oven recommended. PREPARE (5 minutes). • Make sure the butter is at room temperature. • Place the grid in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven. • Push down the perforated edges of the baking tin. PREPARE THE BATTER (10 minutes). • Put the butter in a mixing bowl and mix it with a mixer with whisks until soft and creamy (do not beat lightly). • Add the Brownie mix and the water (100 ml) and mix well with the mixer on the lowest setting. • Mix for another 1 minute on medium speed until smooth. When using Dr. Oetker Chocolate Chips now stir these through the batter with a spatula. BAKING (approx. 40 minutes). • Place the baking tin on the grid in the middle of the preheated oven. • Bake the brownies for about 40 minutes. • The brownies are ready when the top is nice and shiny, the whole has collapsed a bit and the inside is still slightly moist. • Let the brownies cool down in the tin before removing them.
