    Usage

    the tube is for single use and can easily be inserted into the vagina. Use the product immediately after opening the package. Apply the product while sitting or lying down, before going to sleep. This prevents the gel from leaking heavily. As advice, we recommend using a panty liner.
    1. Break off the end of the tube.
    2. Sit or lie in a comfortable position and gently insert the neck of the tube into the vagina. Stop insertion as soon as it no longer feels comfortable.
    3. Gently squeeze the contents from the tube.
    4. Remove the tube from the vagina while squeezing and discard the tube after use.
    Use 1 tube daily for 3 days per month to prevent bacterial vaginosis and restore and maintain healthy vaginal flora.
    Use 1 tube for 5 consecutive days to treat bacterial vaginosis. Warnings and Restrictions on Use
    Warning: Keep out of the reach and sight of (young) children. Read the instructions for use before use.
    Do not use if: hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.
