Orapin, Fairtrade original's pepper farmer, picks a red pepper and takes a bite. She chews intently to taste how hot the peppers from this crop are. It is these peppers that give your chili sauce its flavour. Mixed with cane sugar and vinegar, they are pleasantly spicy. The red peppers for the sweet chilli sauce are grown in sisaket, Thailand and the sauce is then prepared in bangkok at krs spicy food.
