Gaviscon duo sachet has a double effect due to the combination of two antacids, namely calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate and an alginate. Excess stomach acid is neutralized, reducing discomfort and pain. A protective layer is also formed over the stomach contents, which relieves the burning sensation in your chest area. Gaviscon duo is ideal for on the go in sachet format. Read the instructions on the packaging before use.
Usage
Instructions for use:-
Restrictions on use: -Do not use for children under 12 years unless advised by a doctor.
Contraindication: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the substances in this medicine.
Indication: This drug is used to treat complaints caused by stomach acid that enters the esophagus. These complaints can include heartburn, acid reflux and indigestion, and can occur, for example, after meals or during pregnancy.
Age indication: from 12 years
Dosage: Dosage: 1 to 2 sachets at a time Max. Daily dosage: 4 times per 24 hours. Dosage: after meals and before going to sleep. Still having complaints after 7 days? Consult doctor.Warnings and restrictions on use
