This PX is made from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes. It has matured for 9 years. You smell sweet aromas of raisins and caramel. The taste is silky smooth with the sweetness of ripe raisins and dates. A dessert wine that tastes perfect with (or over) vanilla ice cream and chocolate. Serve slightly chilled. González Byass is a real family winery, started in 1835.
