You will need: 1 pack Grand Italia Mini Gnocchi di Patate, 1 bottle Sugocasa Verdure, 250 g cherry tomatoes (halved), 50 g baby spinach, 50 g Parmesan cheese (shavings) and 1 tbsp olive oil. Preparation method: 1. Pre-cook the Mini Gnocchi for a maximum of 1 minute. Drain and fry the Mini Gnocchi in the olive oil until crispy in approx. 10–12 minutes. 2. Heat the Sugocasa Verdure with the cherry tomatoes in a pan. Add the baby spinach. 3. Mix the fried mini gnocchi into the sauce and sprinkle with the Parmesan shavings. Buon appetito!
