Description
Gravad laughing or gravlax is a typical Scandinavian dish of marinated salmon that is mainly eaten as an appetizer. This Gravad Lachs is lightly smoked and topped with dill!
* Delicious on a piece of toast, sandwich or with a drink. Combine it with a little honey-mustard-dill sauce

Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
