This white wine from the Graves region is made from the Semillon grape, which is particularly suited to making sweet, “rich” wines. This Graves Supérieures is of the “moelleux” type, which means full and sweet. Always delicious as an aperitif, but do try it with cake as well. Then it really becomes a celebration.
