Did you know that HEKS'NKAAS® was invented at Halloween? A greengrocer was in his kitchen experimenting with cream cheese, fresh herbs and garlic. Because it was Halloween, he thought his creation should also have a special name and that’s how he came up with HEKS'NKAAS®. Even after Halloween his customers kept asking for it. What started as a spontaneous idea grew into a surprisingly delicious combination that immediately appealed to many of his customers.
