Homemade Mix for spice cake

Per 450 g

    What will you find in this suit?
    1 bag of spice cake mix
    You need this
    225 ml lukewarm (lukewarm) water
    A little butter or oil
    Spatula
    Mixing bowl
    Cake mold (approx. 24 cm)
    Temperature
    electric oven: 160°C
    convection oven: 145°C
    air fryer: 140°C
    How long does it take?
    5 minutes preparation time
    Oven: 55-65 minutes
    Air fryer: 45 minutes

    Time to bake!
    1. Preheat the oven and grease the cake tin with butter or oil.
    2. Mix the mix and water in a mixing bowl with a spatula until a smooth batter without lumps.
    3. Fill the greased cake tin evenly with the batter.
    4. Place a rack with the spice cake in the middle of the oven. After about 55-65 minutes the cake is ready. Tip: pierce the center of the cake with a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, the cake is done.
    5. After baking, let the spice cake rest for about 5 minutes and then carefully remove the cake tin.

    Usage

    Only add water.
    Keep cool and dry.
