Gewurztraminer is one of the most aromatic grape varieties. You notice clear floral notes like rose and acacia and lots of exotic fruit (lychee and mango). The taste is very intense, soft and slightly sweet, with plenty of freshness in the background. This wine goes well with dishes that are normally difficult to pair with wine, such as very spicy and sweet dishes. It also pairs beautifully with Indian cuisine.
