    Usage

    Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
    Preparation: remove the packaging and defrost the cod fillets in the refrigerator. Pat the cod fillets dry and add herbs to taste. Frying pan: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the cod fillets at a medium temperature for 5-7 minutes. Turn halfway. Oven (180°C): place the cod fillets in a covered oven dish and bake in the center of a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
