Usage
Serving: Tip for Vegetable Sauce:
1. Boil a cauliflower until done. Drain and reserve 400 ml cooking liquid.
2. Place the cooking liquid with 150 ml cooking cream in a pan, add 1 stock cube and bring to the boil.
3. Thicken the sauce with 1 tbsp all-purpose binder to the desired thickness. Cook the sauce briefly over low heat.
