Shopping list: 1 onion, 1 medium leek, 1 red pepper, 300 g (lean) minced beef, 1 small can of tomato puree (70 g each) and 1 can kidney beans (250 g each, drained).
Preparation: drain the beans and rinse with cold water. Chop the onion. Cut the leek into rings and the pepper into cubes.
Preparation method: 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Stir-fry the vegetables for a few minutes. 2. Add 250 ml of water and the contents of this sachet. Bring everything to the boil and let it simmer gently for 2-3 minutes. 3. Then add the tomato puree and the beans. Stir well and let it warm for a while (it no longer needs to boil). Serve the Chili con Carne with rice or baked rolls.
