Preparation method:

Shopping list: 400 g Chinese wok vegetables, 300 g chicken breast, 250 g wok noodles and 2 tablespoons of oil.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Cook the wok noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and cooked through. Stir-fry the vegetable mix for a few minutes. Add 400 ml water and the contents of this sachet. Bring to the boil while stirring and let it simmer gently for about 1 minute. Add the cooked wok noodles and heat for about 2 more minutes. Stir everything together well.

For a day with less meat, you can replace the chicken breast with vegetarian chicken pieces.
