    Preparation: 300g chicken breast cubed 90g onion fresh 240g broccoli fresh 75g garden peas 250g tagliatelle 250g cherry tomatoes 28g vegetable oil 250ml water 1. Prepare the pasta acc. the prep. method on pack. Divide the broccoli into florettes and cut the stem into pieces. Chop the onion and half the cherry tomatoes. In a pan bring 500 ml of water to boil and precook the broccoli for one minute, rinse the broccoli with cold water. 2. Heat two tablespoons of oil in frying pan (Ø 26 cm) and fry the chicken until golden and done. Add the onions and fry for another minute. Add the mix (62g) and 250 ml of water to the chicken and mix well. Bring to boil, add the broccoli, garden peas and cherry tomatoes 3. Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for another minute, serve the sauce on top of cooked tagliatelle. Cooked Yield = 1853 grams Theoretical Yield = 1920 grams Waterloss is 67 grams.
