Shopping list:
Italian vegetable mix (600 g), 300 g lean minced beef, and 300 g spaghetti.
Preparation: cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Method:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and brown the minced meat until crumbly. Stir-fry the vegetable mix for a few minutes.
2. Add 450 ml water and the contents of this sachet. Stir the sauce to a boil and let it simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
3. Divide the (cooked) spaghetti over the plates and spoon the sauce over it.
Tip: Replace the (beef) minced meat with Crumbled Mince from the Vegetarian Butcher.
