    Recipe with lots of vegetables

    Grocery list
    - 225 g chicken fillet (cubes)
    - 400 g stir-fry vegetables
    - 125 g mushrooms
    - 1 onion
    - Oil

    This is how you make it
    1. Soak the noodles in 1 liter of cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and let it leak.
    2. Mix the spice mix with 2 tbsp oil and marinate the chicken fillet cubes for about 10 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into quarters and coarsely chop the onion.
    3. Heat a wok and stir-fry the chicken until golden brown and done. Add the mushrooms and onion and fry for about 2 minutes.
    4. Then add the stir-fry vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Then add the herb mix and 50 ml of water. Stir-fry for another approx. 2 minutes.
    5. In the meantime, cook the noodles for 3 minutes in plenty of boiling water. Loosen the noodles with a fork and then drain.
    6. Add the noodles, noodles and chicken mixture together. Stir well and heat the dish for another 2 minutes. Serve the Hokkien Noodles.

    Nice variety
    Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher: Replace chicken fillet with 1 pack of chicken pieces. In step 3, fry the chicken pieces briefly until golden brown, they are already cooked.
    Tip from the greengrocer: Replace the chicken fillet with 230 g drained baby corn (can). In step 3, fry these together with the vegetables.
    Variation tip: Sprinkle a handful of (unsalted) peanuts over the dish.
