Preparation method:
Preheat the (convection) oven to 190˚C. Cut the courgette into cubes. Cut the 3 tomatoes into slices and keep them aside. Then bring 500 ml of milk, 500 ml of water and the sauce mix to the boil in a pan while stirring with a whisk. Let it simmer gently for approx. 3 min. In the meantime, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the Italian vegetable mix and the courgette and fry for approx. 3 min. Then add the sauce to the mixture and stir well. Now cover the bottom of a large greased oven dish with a layer of sauce and place a layer of lasagna sheets on top. Repeat this until the lasagna sheets are used up and finish with a layer of sauce. Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Let the lasagna turn golden brown in the middle of the oven for approx. 35-40 min. On each package you will also find an alternative preparation method without meat or even completely vegan.
