    Recipe with lots of vegetables
    Grocery list
    - 225 g lean minced beef
    - 200 g pointed cabbage
    - 1 onion
    - 1 green pepper
    - 1 can of diced tomatoes (400 g each)
    - 35 g grated cheese
    - 125 ml low-fat yoghurt
    - Oil

    This is how you make it
    1. Preheat the (convection) oven to 200°C. Cut the onion into half rings and the pepper into narrow strips. Finely chop the pointed cabbage.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Fry the onion and pepper for about 2 minutes. Then add the spice mix together with the tomato cubes and bring to the boil. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
    3. Divide the nacho chips over the bottom of a greased baking dish. Cover them with the minced meat mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place the oven dish in the middle of the oven and let the dish become golden brown for about 8 minutes.
    4. In the meantime, make the salad; mix the yogurt with the dressing mix. Stir this into the pointed cabbage. Serve the salad together with the Nacho Casserole.

    Nice variety
    Tip from The Vegetarian Butcher:
    Replace the minced meat with 1 pack of Rul Gehackt. In step 2, start with the vegetables. Add the Loose Hacked in step 2 after cooking.
    Tip from the greengrocer:
    Replace the minced meat with 200 g kidney beans (can) and add with the spice mix in step 2.
    Vegan tip:
    Replace the cheese and yogurt with plant-based varieties.
