    Recipe with lots of vegetables Shopping list - 225 g lean minced beef - 200 g pointed cabbage - 1 onion - 1 green pepper - 1 can of diced tomatoes (400 g each) - 35 g grated cheese - 125 ml low-fat yoghurt - Oil How to make it 1. Preheat the (convection) oven to 200°C. Cut the onion into half rings and the pepper into thin strips. Finely chop the pointed cabbage. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Fry the onion and pepper for about 2 minutes. Then add the herb mix together with the diced tomatoes and bring to the boil. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes. 3. Divide the nacho chips over the bottom of a greased oven dish. Cover them with the minced meat mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese over it. Place the oven dish in the middle of the oven and let the dish turn golden brown in approx. 8 min. 4. In the meantime, make the salad; mix the yoghurt with the dressing mix. Mix this through the pointed cabbage. Serve the salad together with the Nacho Oven dish. Enjoy variation Tip from De Vegetarische Slager: Replace the minced meat with 1 package of Rul Gemint. In step 2, start with the vegetables. Add the Rul Gemint in step 2 after cooking. Tip from the greengrocer: Replace the minced meat with 200 g kidney beans (canned) and add with the herb mix in step 2. Vegan tip: Replace the cheese and yoghurt with vegetable variants.
