Shopping list for Nacho Casserole:
225 g lean minced beef, 200 g pointed cabbage, 1 onion, 1 green bell pepper, 1 can of diced tomatoes (400 g), 35 g grated cheese, 125 ml low-fat yoghurt, and oil.

Preparation:
1. Preheat the (fan) oven to 180˚C. Cut the onion into half rings and the bell pepper into thin strips. Finely chop the pointed cabbage.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and crumble the minced beef in it. Fry the onion and bell pepper for about 2 minutes. Then add the spice mix along with the diced tomatoes and bring everything to a boil. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
3. Spread the nacho chips over the bottom of a greased oven dish. Cover them with the minced beef mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Place the oven dish in the middle of the oven and let the dish turn golden brown for about 8 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, make the salad; mix the yoghurt with the dressing mix. Stir this through the pointed cabbage. Serve the salad together with the Nacho Casserole.

Tip: Replace the minced beef with a pack of Crumbled Mince from The Vegetarian Butcher. In step 2, start with the vegetables. Add the Crumbled Mince in step 2 after cooking. Or replace the minced beef with 200 g kidney beans (canned) and add them with the spice mix in step 2.
