    REQUIREMENTS • 1 pack of Koopmans Buttercake • 200 g butter • 1 egg (M) (everything at room temperature). KITCHEN UTENSILS • Butter cake tin or springform tin Ø 24 cm • Mixer with dough hooks. OVEN TEMPERATURE: ELECTRIC OVEN 180°C, CONVECTION OVEN: 165°C, GAS OVEN: setting 3-4, COOKING: 10 MINUTES, BAKING TIME: 25 MINUTES. PREPARATION 1. Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven. 2. Grease the mold with butter or use a baking spray (eg Dr. Oetker). 3. Beat the egg in a small bowl. PREPARE THE BATTER 4. Using the mixer with dough hooks, mix the 200 g of butter until soft in a mixing bowl. Then add the butter cake mix and 2/3 of the beaten egg and knead the whole with a mixer with dough hooks or by hand into a cohesive dough. 5. Put the dough in the baking tin and divide the dough over the tin with the convex side of a wet spoon. 6. Brush the dough with the rest of the beaten egg. 7. Draw diagonal lines in the dough with a fork to create a diamond pattern. BAKING 8. Bake the butter cake for about 25 minutes until done and golden brown. 9. Let the butter cake cool down for about 1 hour before removing it from the mold.

    Usage

    STORAGE TIP: Store the butter cake in a sealed container for a maximum of 4 days. The butter cake can be stored frozen for a maximum of 3 weeks (if properly wrapped in plastic). Keep cool and dry.
