These potatoes have a loose, floury texture and break apart easily after boiling. The floury potatoes have a full, creamy taste. When boiled, they become very floury with a good, full flavour. Source of vitamin C and B6. Storage: keep the potatoes in a cool, dark, dry place. The varieties that are packed include Eigenheimer (NL) and Excellency (FR). Once lifted from the ground, the potato gradually becomes more floury. Especially suitable for boiling and making mash. After boiling, the potatoes are floury and loose in texture.
