Pandan rice with vegetarian rendang balls and beans

- 300 g Lassie Pandan rice
- 500 g vegetable fresh minced meat
- 95 g rendang boemboe
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 400 g broken green beans
- 1 red pointed pepper, cut into rings
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 tbsp atjar tjampoer

Preparation: 1. Place the rice (75 g per person) in a pan with plenty of boiling water.2. Bring to the boil again and let the rice cook for 10 minutes.3. Remove the pan from the heat source and drain the rice.4. Let the rice stand for another 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.5. Turn over the rice before serving.
