Thanks to technological advances, such lively wines can now be made in Valdepeñas. In the past, without temperature-controlled equipment, it was too hot in summer to produce this type of wine. Felix Solis has been established in Valdepeñas and La Mancha since 1975 and is known for its forward-thinking approach to winemaking.
