Herb mix for a delicious broccoli dish full of fresh vegetables with minced meat, an easy meal that you can quickly put on the table.

1) Cut the broccoli into florets. Boil this briefly (al dente) in a pan with water. Finely chop 50 g onion and 150 g tomatoes into cubes. Drain the broccoli florets. 2) Fry the minced meat and add the onion. 3) Reduce the heat to low and add the spice mix, 225 ml cold water and 100 ml cooking cream. Bring everything to the boil, stirring occasionally. 4) Add the broccoli and tomatoes to the mince mixture. Bring everything to the boil, stirring occasionally. Let everything heat gently for another 2 minutes.
