Marcelo Papa has been making this top wine from Concha y Toro since 1999. With Marques de Casa Concha, Papa wants to present a stylish, chic wine in which you can clearly taste that it comes from Chile. In this Cabernet Sauvignon you can taste that in the pure taste of cassis, the hint of mint, the firm structure and the soft aftertaste. The spicy notes of spices and tobacco come from one and a half years of aging in oak barrels. This is a wine for a special dinner, with a nice dish with red meat or a stew of game and wine. The wine is named after Don Melchor de Santiago Concha y Toro, Marques (marquis) de Casa Concha founder of the winery Concha y Toro. In 1933, Concha y Toro was already exporting wine. And that first shipment went to Rotterdam.
