Usage
Preparation: Requirements: 1 pack AH Mix for brownies 50 g butter or margarine at room temperature 100 ml water Mixer bowl Mixer with whisks Preheat: Electric oven: 180°C, Fan oven: 160°C, Gas oven: position 4 Preparation: 1. Place the butter in a mixing bowl and mix it with a mixer with whisk attachments until soft and creamy.2. Place the contents of the pack of AH Mix for brownies in another mixing bowl and mix it well with the water with the mixer on the lowest setting.3. Add the butter and mix on medium speed for 1 minute until a smooth batter.4. Fold the edges of the brownie pan outwards at the perforation and fill the brownie pan with the batter.5. Bake the brownie for 40 minutes in the center of a preheated oven.6. Let the brownie cool completely before removing the baking pan. Cut the brownie into 8 pieces.
