Preparation: Requirements For the cupcakes: 1 pack AH Mix for cupcakes 100 g butter or margarine at room temperature 2 eggs at room temperature 50 ml water at room temperature For the topping: 50 g butter 125 g dairy spread 150 g icing sugar Batter bowl Mixer with whisks Ice cream scoop or 2 tablespoons 10 cupcake cases Preheat: electric oven: 180°C, fan oven : 165°C, gas oven: setting 3-4Prepare1. Place the contents of the pack of AH Mix for cupcakes with the butter or margarine, eggs and water in a mixing bowl and mix with the mixer with whisks on the lowest setting.2. Then mix for another 1 minute on the highest speed until you have a smooth batter.3. Fill the cupcake molds with the batter (approx. 55 g) using an ice cream scoop or 2 tablespoons.4. Bake the cupcakes for 15-20 minutes in the center of the preheated oven.5. Pierce the center of a cupcake with a skewer. If the skewer comes out clean, the cupcakes are done. Suggestion: decorate the cupcake with a topping. Beat the butter until smooth. Mix in the dairy spread and then the icing sugar and mix into a smooth cream. Decorate the cupcakes.
