The patches help you to quit smoking in 3 steps. You put on your first patch after putting out the last cigarette. Then apply a new patch every day according to the step-by-step plan:
Step 1: Niquitin transparent patch 21mg: 1 patch every day for the first 6 weeks. Continue with step 2.

Usage
Instructions for use:-
Restrictions on use: Cardiovascular complaints, high blood pressure, serious liver or kidney disease, allergic reactions, adrenal gland tumor, uncontrolled overactive thyroid, active stomach ulcer, eczema or other skin condition. Not in combination with other medicines. Not suitable up to 18 years, 12-17 years only under the supervision of a doctor. Do not use for longer than 10 weeks.
Contraindication: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the substances in this medicine. Not smoking or occasionally smoking, children, oppressive painful feeling in the chest, cardiac arrhythmias, recent heart attack or cerebral hemorrhage.
Indication: To be used as an aid in quitting smoking.
Age indication: from 18 years
Dosage: Dosage: 1 patch Max. Daily dosage: 1 patch per 24 hours. Dosage: Apply to clean, dry, intact and hairless skin. After applying the plaster, press on for 10-20 seconds. Alternate patch location daily. Avoid contact with eyes and nose. Wash hands after use. Do not use for longer than 6 months without consulting a doctor. Warnings and restrictions on use
- Do not use in children under 18 years of age.
- Do not use without consulting a doctor if you are also taking other medications or have another condition.
- Do not smoke during treatment with the patch.
- Do not use in case of long-term skin conditions.
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
- Do not use if you have poor kidney or liver function.
- Use for a maximum of 10 weeks without consulting a doctor.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not apply to hairy or damaged skin or in the skin folds.
- Avoid contact with eyes and nose.
- Discontinue use if severe or persistent skin reaction occurs.
- Always stick a new patch in a new place. You may only stick on the old spot after 7 days.
- Wash hands with only water (no soap) after application.
